Shipping Policy – Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to our Shipping Policy.

Processing Times
Once an order has been processed, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If you require overnight shipping, please contact us at info@towelkingdom.co.za to request a quotation.

Dispatch (Release of Goods)
We operate strictly on a cash-and-carry basis. Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared in our bank account. Proof of payment is not sufficient for release of goods. No exceptions will be made.

Delays
In periods of unusually high order volumes such as during Black Friday sales, shipments may be delayed. Should this occur, however very unlikely, you will be notified via email.
