Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them

  • Items must be in their original packaging

Please note:

  • Returns and exchanges are not free

  • Courier fees are the customer’s responsibility

To start a return or exchange, email us at info@towelkingdom.co.za.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

When Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item shows signs of use

  • The item is damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition (unless due to our error)

  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank (processing times can vary)

  3. If it’s still missing, email us at info@towelkingdom.co.za

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please email us at info@towelkingdom.co.za and we’ll gladly help.
